Michael and I took the kids to the park to feed the ducks on Saturday. I'm pretty sure that not many people have been by since the hurricane to feed them. Usually when we go we have 3 or 4 swim up, eat a little bread and then swim away.
That was NOT the case on Saturday.
There had to have been AT LEAST 20 ducks swarming us! We invited a few other kids at the park to join us in feeding the ducks and we shared our loaf of bread with them. Most all of us climbed on the picnic table to escape the hungry little beaks and a couple of them even got up on the picnic table as well! It was Crazy!
The kids enjoyed playing and Tyler managed to scrape up his elbow while we were there. Boys.
After the park we went over to Tracy's house. My Mother In Law was in town so Tracy decided to go ahead and celebrate Kailyn's birthday. We had pizza and cake and all visited together. It was nice.
We came home, bathed Elise and dropped her off at her Grandmothers house.
Sunday was the Texans game. The worst choke job ever! They were doing awesome up until the last 4 minutes of the game. UGH. After watching that nonsense we put our pumpkin up in the front yard and then took Tyler to Barnes and Noble. My Mother In Law gave each of the kids $25 so that's where Tyler spent his.
Yesterday I kept our friend Kim's daughter Kayleigh for her. She is 4 days younger than Elise. I had her, Ava and Chloe. Kayleigh was very well behaved and such a sweetie! We put together Elise's princess puzzle (twice), colored, played Princess Castle and also went up to the pet store to see the animals.
Which brings me to other news...
We have a new addition to our family.
