Relaxed.

I woke up at 7am this morning, which is usually a bit early for me.. But it has gotten to the point where I get up (literally) every hour and a half, (2 hours if Im lucky) to pee, so I'm usually up around 6:30 or 7 for a pee break anyways, but I wasn't able to roll over and dose off a bit more. Maria came to clean the house a little before 8 and later my Uncle Eddie came and started on Ava's room. I also got my car detailed on Sunday (it was *greatly* needed) That being said, it was a nice relaxing day! It felt wonderful to be in such a clean house! I love the smell too! I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done today... again.. it felt great to be in such a clean car! I pretty much just hung around the house with Cookie today which was actually nice. Speaking of Cookie... I think I have decided to change her name to Patches... Cookie just isn't working for me.. it feels really odd to be calling our dog by Cookie... I mean, although she looks like an Oreo cookie.. she isn't. She's a dog. LOL.. I think Ill run in by the kids this weekend and see what they think. But I need to do something soon or the poor thing is gonna be confused out of her mind! LOL. I have only been calling her by Cookie for about a week so I don't think it's too late to change it. Anyways, tomorrow I will be waking up BEFORE 7am! BAH! Kathie has to take a friend out to Corpus Christi and wanted to trade cars with me... I decided on just taking my car and going out there as well, seeing as that's where my husband is working. So she is meeting me here in the morning around 7ish, ill be dropping Cookie (or Patches.. whatever her name is! LOL) off at my moms house on the way out and then we will be picking her friend up and heading to Corpus. Michael is getting Kathie her own room at the motel and I will be staying with him of course and we will head back the next morning. It'll be good to see my hubby during the week for a change! LOL Although I'm not looking forward to the drive too much. Not that I mind, I don't... I'm just hoping we wont have to stop a hundred times too pee.. or that I don't get a cramp in my side.. or back pains from riding in the car so long... etc! Oh.. and I have been telling Mike for weeks now that there was something wrong with my car. I knew that it wasn't driving like it usually does and suspected bad tires and/or alignment.. I finally talked him into taking it to NTB on Saturday to have it looked at. I told him there was no way I was risking anything any longer.. especially driving to corpus.. Needless to say, I was right! I had to get 3 new tires!! AND the alignment and steering wheel were off! Exactly as I expected! Thankfully it is taken care of now though. :)

So anyways, this isn't must of a blog post.. mainly just me rambling on about random things...
But I would like to ask that if any of you have an advise as far as certain sites to visit or books to read about the final stages of pregnancy and giving birth and so on, let me know. Tracy (mikes sister) has sent me a couple of sites to visit but it's just starting to get down to the last 2 months and I'm beginning to freak out a little, only because I'm so clueless!!! I mean, my family has filled me in on their experiences and so on, but for example... Tracy was telling me about registering with the hospital before I hit 34 weeks.. I mean, call me stupid..but I had no clue about that! Of course it makes sense.. that way things move quicker when you do go into labor, and they will know about when to be expecting you. Anyways.. any advise would be wonderful. I'm getting a little scared because I hate not knowing what to expect. I have read so many different birthing stories and some of them are horrible! :( I'm sure it'll all be fine.. I'm just panicking I guess..

I think I'm gonna go now. I think I may be slightly delirious right now... I'm having rouble keeping my eyes open and not sure that I really made sense of any of this post.. I'm not even sure there was much of a point to it.... Guess I just felt like rambling. Goodnight loves.

I still have that book I was meaning to give you btw. Let me know when a good time to bring it to you is. :-) It's not an "informative" book, but it was hilarious and made me relax a bit. lol Oh, and don't worry about being scared. :-) Everyone's birth experience is different. Some are great, some aren't so great, but the best chances you have of making things go your way is to MAKE SURE you tell your doctor what you want! "Epidural vs. natural, WHEN you want your epidural is important, if you want student doctors watching (I didn't want 40 people looking at my crotch, so I barred them from the room. lol)" Stuff like that. Trust me..the list is endless, but you have a TON of women to help you with what to expect...But the best advice I could give you is to remember that when they say to push, they mean with your..umm..anus..like you're taking a crap. lol Sounds hideous, but I couldn't figure out a way to make it sound better, and that's the one thing NO ONE ever told me! Good god, I think I wrote a novel on your blog! lol
