Saturday evening..

Tracy, Michael's sister, had told us about a little holiday festival they were having at Sagemont Church. They had snow, and a petting zoo, and jumpy things, the lighting of the Christmas tree, and so forth. We knew Elise would really enjoy the petting zoo, and thought it would be nice to spend some time with Tracy, Bob and the girls. WELL, that didn't quite work out the way we had planned. Elise was extremely tired, and we ended up putting her down for a little nap. By the time we got her up from her nap, waited on her clothes to finish drying, and got ready it was about 5 o'clock. Tracy, Bob and the girls were just getting to the church, so we went ahead and met them there. Needless to say, the girls basically were able to watch as they took the animals away... It was over when we got there! BUMMER! The girls were a little bummed out, but didn't get too upset. We felt horrible to have gotten there hopes up and to get them all excited! But I did manage to get one picture of Hannah, Kaylyn (I'm not so sure I'm spelling her name right) and Elise standing by the petting zoo...

After leaving the Church, Tracy, Bob and the girls met us at Golden Corral for dinner. It was really nice to visit with them. Baby Adalynn is getting so big! She's such a good baby! Anyways, when walking into the restaurant Tyler gave Elise a piggy back ride!!!! Now if you knew how distant Tyler usually is, this would come as a bit of a shock to you as well! Of course Tyler loves his little sister, no doubt. But he's so much older and has other things he would rather do, you know. So when I saw this, I totally had to get a picture, and I actually think it came out really cute! Look at that big smile on Elise's face! Too bad I couldn't get Tyler to smile as well!
